Welcome to The Mane Xscape. By booking a service, consultation, or purchasing any product through our website or funnel, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

1. General Information

The Mane Xscape is a luxury beauty salon based in Baltimore, MD, specializing in Japanese Headspa treatments, natural hair care, and premium wig installations. All services are provided by licensed cosmetologist Destini Burns and her trained team.

2. Booking and Deposits

All appointments require a $15 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.

If you are purchasing a wig through The Mane Xscape, 50% of the wig price is required as a deposit before your appointment.

Deposits are applied toward your total service cost and deducted at checkout.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received and payment is successfully processed.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a future booking.

Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment time will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at the stylist’s discretion.

“No-shows” will automatically forfeit the deposit and may be required to pay in full for future bookings.

4. Consultations

Consultations are optional but recommended for clients with scalp sensitivities, allergies, or hair loss conditions.

Virtual consultations are conducted via phone call and last approximately 15 minutes.

Please answer all pre-consultation questions accurately to help us deliver the safest and most personalized experience possible.

5. Service Policy

The Mane Xscape is committed to client satisfaction and guarantees high-quality services using professional-grade products.

Results may vary based on hair texture, scalp condition, and home care practices.

Clients are encouraged to follow all aftercare instructions provided to maintain service results and hair health.

6. Refund Policy

All deposits and service payments are non-refundable.

In the rare event of a service concern, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so that we can review and address your situation.

Refunds are only issued at the discretion of The Mane Xscape management team.

7. Health & Safety

Please inform your stylist of any allergies, scalp conditions, or medical sensitivities prior to your service.

For health and hygiene reasons, The Mane Xscape reserves the right to refuse service to clients with contagious scalp or skin conditions.

Our tools, stations, and materials are thoroughly sanitized between each client for your safety and comfort.

8. Privacy Policy

All client information—including contact details and service history—is kept strictly confidential and used only for appointment management and salon communication.

We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties.

9. Photography and Media

By receiving services at The Mane Xscape, you grant permission for your photos or videos (taken with your consent) to be used for promotional purposes on social media or marketing materials.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your stylist before your appointment begins.

10. Updates to Terms

The Mane Xscape reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our booking system or services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
